"Children's Accident and Emergency"

About: East Surrey Hospital

I have been through children's A and E twice now with my little boy and both times the staff were amazing, very attentive, supportive and kept us fully informed at all times. Made a horrid and stressful experience easier to cope with.

Dear Becky, It can be a very difficult time having to look after a child in an emergency situation. I am pleased that the care you and your little boy received from our staff supported you both so well and will make sure that your comments are passed on to the staff in our children's emergency department. With best wishes, Cathy White Patient Experience Team
