"Admitted to A&E friday 27/06/15"

I got in contact with 111 due to chest pain/breathing difficulties/dizziness/nausea and head pain. They were very helpful and told me to get to a&e within the hour. Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately and many tests were started. I underwent blood tests/ecgs/catheter for pain relief etc and all the staff that treated me were very friendly and supportive. They throughouly explained what they were going to do, why they were going to do it and how. Thankfully no major issues were found which they explained is sometimes the case so they have told me to go to my GP early next week and also told me to come back within 48hrs if nothing improved. Outstanding. friendly and professional service. Thank you very much :)
