"General overview"

I'm male/35 sitting in the green ward as I write this. I came in with chest and abdominal pain, A&E dealt with me efficiently I was through there in no time, they discovered an infection and started treating it immediately. All the staff have been polite and courteous. The same staff have been present throughout, on shifts. All my calls we're attended to promptly. The X-ray team were quick and helpful. My overall feeling is satisfaction combined with the feeling of being safe and looked after properly! Thank you all staff! Oliver Minter
