Appalling attitude of receptionists at audiology department. lacking in basic good manners and patient interaction. no greeting on arrival, discourteous. brusque manner when being spoken to and extremely dismissive manner on departure. situation escalated when dept. management was contacted by phone to give feedback in the hope staff might benefit from training. the management was even more aggressive, confrontational and abrasive. it would appear from the rudeness that a culture of disrespect and discourteous behaviour is tolerated.
