"Cardiology outpatient appointment"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Took my sprightly 80 year old mum for an appointment with cardiology team this week . Had to have ECG first followed by clinic . Every member of staff was very professional , very respectful and cheerful. We didn't wait longer than 5-10 minutes for each area ,the doctor was very thorough , patiently explained everything to mum and I about her tablets & condition and ensured we had time to ask any questions we had before we left. All too often we hear bad press about Medway ( and other hospitals ) and forget to give praise when you get it right . Well done and thank you to all the ECG team , clinic staff in cardiology and the doctor concerned.
