"Wonderful service"

I just had to write to say a big 'thank you' for the kindness and dedication received from your physiotherapist on my visits to your hospital. I was experiencing pain and restrictive movement in the shoulder area, but when I was told to attend I thought that at my age [93] it wasn't possible for me to improve! How wrong I was! I was given a booklet with exercise instructions which I followed religiously until I began to notice an improvement. At my next appointment three weeks later, I showed the physiotherapist how I could raise my arms up high without pain! Now I continue to do the impossible [as I thought] and am able to complete tasks which were extremely uncomfortable before. Thank you so much!
