About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I had 12 weeks scan appointment in Frimley Park 9:30 am, had to wait 50 minutes before they called in. When I asked the receptionist after 20 minutes wait they said wont be long and you will be called in. Waiting for another 30minutes. Very poor patients care, you have to go on 12 weeks scan with fairly full bladder and if you have to wait 50 minutes its gets really uncomfortable. Half way through the scan they sent me out to the toilet, because couldn`t measure the baby. Obviously with empty bladder you can`t get nice and clear picture and when they took picture of my baby in the end so we spent £5/picture and hardly can see anything on it. And if I get appointment to Aldershot I would of get free pictures and shouldn`t need to wait almost 1 hour.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologise for the long wait you encountered and we are especially sorry that we did not communicate better with you to explain the delay. While delays are not always avoidable, we are introducing new systems in the clinic that we expect will reduce waiting times.
