My wife was admitted for three days with heart problems. The staff within the A&E especially the resus treatment staff were fantastic. Good humour and a feeling that the patients were important. A big thanks to the staff on the AAU especially the consultant and the nurses for their care and humour, and finally thanks to the staff on the CCU. There are Some staff who do need to remember why they are working within the NHS; that the people (patients) are the most important part.
