From arriving at A&E through to the operation to remove my appendix, I found the staff to be attentive, informative and caring. At no point did I feel sidelined or un-involved in my treatment and a lot of effort went into ensuring I was kept up to date with the inevitable delays caused by the more serious needs of other patients. I had a lovely, positive time and came out of hospital 4 grammes lighter.
