A big thank you to the nurse who took my blood tests today, was so helpful and attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that I got a quick appointment, knowing that I am very worried about a current diagnosis, I was taken personally to reception and ensured that I received a prompt appointment. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way, ringing departments and looking for my referral letters to ensure that I had a prompt appointment. Thank you all, this type of service is rare. I have stayed at the hospital in January 2015 and the care and service I received was absolutely brilliant.
