"total fiasco"

About: Guy's Hospital

My first appointment was on the 25th of febuary, on arrival iwas told that the consultant was on holiday, And they forgot, they said they tried to contact me, but failed, my cell phone had no missed calls. I told them that I cannot do Wednesdays , I was given a new appointment for 9th of march with another consultant , I arrived was told I needed some other work done first, they would write to me. my next appointment was 15th of june, saw the consultant was told as the other work had not been done, they could not start what was needed and would write to me. A few days later I received 2 letters one telling me my appointment for Wednesday 8th of july was cancelled and moved to Wednesday 22nd of july, even though I did not have an appointment on the 8th or the fact I repeatedly said I cannot do Wednesdays.. The other letter was referring me to yet another dentist asking for another opinion as to my suitabity for implants, even though I have already been seen twice without doing anything.. I rang the appointment line explained what had happened, was told someone would call me to discuss the situation, within a day or 2, I never received any call, and to call them if I did not hear from them. Today I call the appointment number explained the situation, I was offered an appointment on Wednesday 1st of july, after saying I cannot do Wednesdays about 10 plus times I was then transferred me to someone else, who said they would try to rectify the situation, I am recovering from cancer treatment, the only conclusion I can draw from this situation, is If they muck me around enough, I will get fed up and say to hell with teeth who needs them.
