"Gran's care"

My Grandma was admitted at the beginning of the year for emergency hernia repair to Priory two ward. The care she received was excellent. She was informed about her surgery and post operative care. The HCA who came on night duty was brilliant, very friendly and professional. I do hear some mixed reviews about this hospital and this was my first experience and I am impressed with the care and cleanliness of the ward. She was treated quickly and there were no discharge delays. Well done Sandwell and thank you for making my Gran well again, you should be proud of yourselves.
