Attempted to get a blood test today. 32nd in queue with ony 2 phlebotomists working. Left to try onother day. Dissappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience when visiting the new hospital was not as positive as we would hope, and that you had to leave to try and get a blood test on another day.
Since your visit we have recruited a new senior phlebotomist to work between Altrincham and Trafford Hospitals. We will also ensure that the phlebotomy team at Altrincham Hospital always has a team leader available to help with better organisation of the department.
