I just wanted to say thanks for the help I received on visiting the urgent care ward today. Everyone from the receptionists to the 1st nurse that saw me to the person who dealt with my problem was polite,friendly and dilligent in their work. I think the person who dealt with me was very thorough in their explanation and then the referral to the relevent department. Thanks!

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that all Staff with whom you came in contact with were polite, friendly, and that they showed diligence in their work.
