"Amazing nursing here but not the doctor"

I'm an foreign student who study in UK. Came to E&A department after landing at stansted airport as I suspected I have appendicitis. It look 10 min to see a gp , 2 hours for blood test another hour for urine test and finally 3/4 hours for them to make decisions and find me a bed! After operation I was only met doctor for less than 1 min with a group of interns and without telling what I could eat and I shouldn't. They also told me I have to leave the next day when I can't walk and alone (as I'm foreign student who study in bath) as they need the bed. However thumbs up for all the nurses here! They make you feel at home and help me whenever they could. They are friendly , helpful and polite .
