"Outstanding!"

Absolutely delighted with my initial visit to gateway D last Tuesday. From reception through to seeing the consultant I could not have been more pleased. The consultant was running slightly late but I was made aware of this on arrival and kept updated by the screen so don't understand some of the criticisms re this. Unfortunately my GP sent me for xrays to Grantham prior to my appt and my consultant needs to see these before adding me to the list for knee replacement. Am just hoping that this won't delay matters too long as I'm aware that with each passing day I am losing a potential place on the list. Over 50 years ago I trained as a nurse in a large London teaching hospital. I remember the high standards of care we delivered and have been saddened over recent years to witness a decline in some areas. So thank you Circle for restoring my faith and love of the NHS.
