What I liked

I attended the Eye Clinic and then the Nelson Day Ukit. The eye clinic Doctor's and Nurses were very thorough the service was very quick and very informative.

The nelson Day Unit staff explained everything that would be done. My appointment for treatment was within 3 Days and on the day I was treated very well, kept informed throughout the afternoon. the eye surgeon told me everything that he was going to do and the theatre nurses were very reassuring. I was very worried leading up to the op, but would quite happily go back if the necessity arose

What could be improved

I would like to have been told at the outset that I was last on the list, instead of sitting around wondering.

This is my 3rd visit to the N&N the 1st two as an inpatient. On all 3 occassions I have been treated exceptionally well by all concerned and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff concerned
