"Birth on labour ward"

About: Watford General Hospital

I gave birth on 13th March 2015. Originally I planned to give birth in UCLH where I had my antenatal care and where I had my first child. I did not managed to get there on time and I am very glad I did not. Care in Watford was absolutely amazing. I was lucky enough to have two great midwifes (including student midwife). They didn't fuss that I had no history in Watford and did all they could to reduce discomfort and paid. Midwives on postnatal ward were also very professional, helpful and caring. They were crazy busy, yet managed to respond to all my needs and answer all my questions. Thank you for great care!
