"Looked after so well, felt really cared for"

Have just been in for a minor surgical procedure, and couldn't recommend more highly the level of care I received. Both pre-op and post-op, the Surgical team, and indeed the surgeon, just made me feel so important, and treated me fantastically well. I felt so comfortable in the anesthetic room, and the recovery nurse was so attentive. I was transferred to a ward afterwards, and, again, I was made to feel at home, and literally every need was attended to, in a understanding and caring manner. The food was good, the ward was clean and tidy. I bled from my surgical wound and was a little distressed, and the nurse who attended to me was so caring, and ensured my bed was changed quickly. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, I really can't. I was a patient of Aintree Hospitals Fazakerley.
