"no one answers the phone"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Rang and rang for 2 days, always got busy tone or not possible to connect your call, got through once, was immediately put on hold, and was left there fro 10 minutes, as I use a PAYG phone it wiped out my credit. Very very bad service
