What I liked
I went for a blood test
Was treated by Lyn Mawdsley who was fantastic
In the past my arm has become a pin cushion, she on the other hand, took her time & found my vein (which are hard to find) and it didnt hurt!
What could be improved
Nothing the service in the blood test dept was fantastic
Anything else?
Pls pass on my thanks for letting a normal horrible test into a pain free occasion! Ist time ever!
