What I liked

The area, for a hospital it is clean and quite comfortable.

What could be improved

More information. Actually being seen by the triage nurse not just talked to at a window. After being talked to at the window being told what would happen next would be nice. The pain, which my daughter was in being taken into account.

Anything else?

I realise that a lot of injuries seen in A+E can be quite minor, but surley the injurie needs to be seen to assess that fact, and evan if the injurie is assessed to be minor the pain factor should be taken into account no matter what the age of the patient.
