"Blood test error"

About: Newham General Hospital

Went to have a blood test and the member of staff was very unprofessional, they stuck the needle into my arm without a very visible vein and tried getting blood from there, as they were changing the tube they let go of the whole thing, as the needle was falling out they tried to save it but scratched another part of my skin and caused this to bleed aswell as the hole the needle fell out of. They then went on not apologising just said wooops, then went to my other arm and took blood. Not sure if they were trained or not, very unhappy with the service I received today, definitely not having my baby here!
