"long wait, painful prep for catarcts"

Waiting was very long.I was seen 4 hours after my appointment time. The nurse clipped and prepared my eye over an hour before I was seen by the consultant and I was sat in immense pain leaving my eye bloodshot before treatment had even begun. I originally had just a cloudy vision in that eye but after treatment I have ended up with a permanent black floater and burst blood vessel. Not happy with the forceful rather rude staff or service.
