C floor Radiology MRI scan booked Sunday 21 June at 17:40 hours. I arrived at 17:00hrs 'out of respect' to ensure I was on time & to be seen on time - no chance. Staff talking with patients over matters not relating to conditions they were there to be scanned for lengthening waiting times - just tip of it. There were too two lists running with persons arriving after I had and after my appointment time just walking straight or being called in to be scanned. 1.5 hour bus journey each way, 1 hour 20 min wait. I have severe personality disorder agoraphobia with my panic anxiety building to point I just could not cope with being outdoors anymore. I walked out to came home. 2 years I waited just for me to get an appointment and even when I am finally given one, you failed to see me (yet again) when I am there. What do you have to do to be seen by the NHS period? Turn up with a limb hanging off and bleeding out? Even then chances are you will be sent home with two aspirins and a plaster... ...no point in complaining as process is geared to protecting the failures of the persons concerned and not the patient.
"Kept waiting 1 hour 20 mins then left"
