What I liked

I was attended by an extremely kind, caring and calm consultant at A&E when I was bitten by a cat and had subsequent complications. The service and care I received were excellent. The nurse in treage was kind and showed genuine concern for my condition. The nurse who saw me following this to fit a cannula and assess me further was professional, very well presented and very kind. I was really so impressed by my treatment, from start to finish; from my initial interaction with reception who were very kind and helpful, to having follow up checks which were provided outside normal clinic times . I could not fault the service I received and I am very reassured that despite so much negative media coverage about the NHS I have found nothing but positive things to comment on. I am extremely grateful and thankful to the excellent nursing staff and the consultant for their excellent care, compassion and empathy. Thank you.

What could be improved

Nothing. I thought everything was superb.
