We went to the urgent care centre in the early hours of the morning with my son who had a temp of 40 and had some difficulty breathing while lay down.
We were spoken to very rudely by staff who obviously were not impressed we were there as we interrupted their conversation. The department was empty!
The nurse looked at my son and said his temp is fine, erm you have to touch him to find this out! I'm a paramedic I know!
The nurse then looked in my childs mouth and then realised my child had severe tonsillitis hense the problems breathing.
I am not impressed at all with this department.
