What I liked

I was admitted as an out patient at A&E and was treated quickly, efficiently and sympathetically. I cannot praise the staff too highly for their kindness, attentiveness and support.

What could be improved

When the hospital operates at such a high standard this limits the scope for improvement

Anything else?

I also attended surgery as an out patient in the heart unit and could not have been better cared for
