What I liked

I am a regular at this hospital, usually on B27 or B29 ward. having to have operations pretty much on a yearly basis, usually staying 3 to 5 days each time. I have always found the staff from the consultant to the porter to be considerate and caring to my needs. I can recall one time the morning after an operation the consultant coming round to see me to inspect my wound site, and upon seeing me struggle to undo my buttons did it for me then rebuttoned them afterwards. I find it quite a stressful time as my family cannot get to visit me and the staff always find time to reassure me and put me at ease.

What could be improved

The T.V and phone could be cheaper.

Anything else?

Food is always good. keep up the good work and see you all again in October or November for my next op.
