"Remove plaster without final x-ray and was not..."

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

I had a treatment with a broken ankle. Plaster was removed without checking for X-ray. I don’t know how is it possible to be sure, that fracture healed without a final x-ray? I asked many people even doctors into the internet. They are all were surprised. I also was not provided with a protection of my leg as a fracture boot as the hospital has informed my doctor in a local clinic by written I was kicked as a dog out from a hospital with naked leg because plaster was removed I walked on a ground. There was not a surprise that I tripped soon and twisted my fresh healed leg. I just want to know am I only one how have been in this situation or it an ordinary ‘treatment’ process here.
