"Carpal Tunnel Release"

I found all the staff who treated and look after me excellent, Consultant, doctors, nurses etc. they were all very informative, kind and attentive. Any questions I had they were able to answer. The hospital facilities were excellent and as was the accommodation. All very efficient thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend the Berkshire Independent Hospital to anyone. However The administration process to get the booking for my surgery was below the standard I would expect and I have sent an email of my reason why to the hospital direct as I believe someone is looking into breakdown in the administration at the hospital. I have full faith you will sort out the internal problems very soon and what appears to be the short comings for one or more of the staff and the way their work load is managed in due course
