"Hospital feedback"

I was referred here after a failed cataract operation. I was absolutely terrified of the oncoming operation but the consultant and their operating team were absolutely lovely from beginning to end. They made me feel safe, they calmed me, the nurse had their fingers broken (not literally) but never complained at the pressure of my grip. The anaesthetists were outstanding. The consultant was super brilliant and their sklls have saved my sight which I will be forever grateful - God bless you! I have had multiple major ops and without a doubt this is the best team for comforting the patient, before, during and after the op. I thank you all.
