I went to my GP with severe ear infection in both ears + prescribed antibiotics. I then had to go to Shropdoc as ears were bleeding + not improving, prescribed stronger antibiotics. Infection cleared for two weeks but now returned again so returned to GP who prescribed further antibiotics + put in a referral for a specialist appointment – same day TRAQS telephoned me + arranged my appointment at PRH.

Everyone I have had contact with – GP, Shropdoc + TRAQS have all been really helpful, I have been dealt with extremely promptly + in a friendly, courteous manner – excellent services.
