What I liked

Nothing.

What could be improved

1. The car park - impossible.

2. Waiting room - dismal, no fresh air.

3. Waiting times - double booked, add 1hr minimum to your appointment.

Anything else?

Had my initial appointment with a fertility doc in July. Had my follow up appointment booked for Nov. This was then cancelled to December. Then cancelled to Feb THEN cancelled again to March 2010....8 months after my initial appointment. Fed up with being shunted to back of queue with NO explanation as to why.
