"very rude a&e receptionist"

After speaking to an A&E nurse over the phone about a hand /wrist splintdI'd had put on the previous day , I was advised to come and get it looked at. At the reception desk I was trested appallingly, in my opinon by the receptionist . There is zero tolerance signs up in the hospital ,asking the patients to be respectful to the staff , surely this should work both ways ! When a nurse has told me to come to the hospitsl , I don't want a diagnosis from a receptionist !!
