Came in today for a breast exam and scan - I was very nervous and worried but the staff were so kind, reassuring and lovely to me, particularly the mammogram technician and the registrar. Even when I got lost and went to the wrong reception I was shown the right way by a cheerful, sweet member of staff. I was in and out in two hours which I thought was amazing considering I had three separate appointments. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience much more bearable!
