"Cancelled appointment 4 times for operation"

I know the NHS is under pressure but to cancel an operation 4 times through lack of machinery and consultants that cannot carry out simple operation is unexceptable. My mother in law had a stent in to remove colts ones on 10 March 2015 and they told her the stent should be removed in 6-8 weeks it's still there on 20 June 2015. They gave her another appointment for 24/6/2015 and I got another call saying the machinery has come so they might have to cancel again but they are trying to get her into private hospital to carry out the operation,but I don't carry out any hope at all. I think she been treated so badly and she is 80 years old. Disgusting!
