"I now feel that I have it in my power to help myself"

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul. He has been a huge help to me over the last six to seven weeks. He has listened to my anxieties and my worries, then has taught the appropriate ways in dealing and coping with them. I am feeling much better than I have in a long time. I now feel that I have it in my power to help myself and when needed. So once again many thanks Paul.

I would also like to say a big thank you to the lovely lady on reception too. I am so sorry I can’t remember her name. She was always very friendly and made me feel welcome whilst filling in my form and waiting to see Paul. Many thank to both of you.
