About: Good Hope Hospital / Orthodontics

(as the patient),

I have been undergoing orthodontic treatment for 7 years at Good Hope Hospital Orthodontic department. Including 2 minor jaw surgeries, 1 major jaw surgery and brace work.

My treatment is fantastic, the staff are brilliant and you feel like you are their only patient.

To undergo something so scary, invasive and life changing is a big worry, but the resources given to you are helpful and reassuring. You can hear previous patient feedback, gain a thorough understanding on what is going to happen so you can prepare.

I am so pleased to read that you have received excellent treatment throughout and that the staff make you feel as if you are their only patient, and also that the resources provided to support you are helpful and reassuring including previous patient feedback.

Our staff work very hard in promoting and providing a positive patient experience. I can appreciate that having ongoing longterm treatment and numerous surgeries can be very scary!
