"Appalling behaviour by the triage Nurse"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Having visited Whipps Cross earlier today with a long list of symptoms, including tight chest/breathlessness, diorreah, vomiting and kidney pain, I was shocked and appalled by the poor care given by triage nurse. When I tried to explain my symptoms, the nurse said: "Why are you here?", followed by "You don't know what diorreah is!" and when I asked to see another nurse on account of their unfriendly and unhelpful attitude, the nurse said they would make me wait for two hours before being seen by anyone else. I ended up ripping off the blood pressure cuff and leaving without getting the help I need, all whilst the nurse was smirking at me. Unbelievably poor care.
