"Maternity deparrment"

We just wanted to share our experience of the maternity unit when we had our baby in May this year. We have been fortunate to receive care at St. Peter's for all 4 of our pregnancies of which only this last one was a success. The care we have received has been outstanding from the initial midwife appt through to scans and then labour. We were under the doctor and their team and we felt nothing but cared for the whole time the whole team there are so professional and caring I feel they should be thanked for all there help. We had a planned c section on the 27.5 and all went smoothly and on the labour ward and Joan Booker ward the staff were absolutely wonderful and we were in full admiration of the job they do day in day out. I think sometimes these people go without any recognition for the jobs they do but we wanted to share our positive experience
