What I liked

I only wnet for a blood test but it was great not to have to make an appointment. I am not good with the needles and the nurse was very patient and understanding. She really seemed to care. I didn't have to wait long and they let me sit in the cubicle after until I felt well enough to go on my way. Thank you.

Anything else?

Other hospitals seem not to have this drop in blodd test service, I find this very useful.
