What I liked
I missed my appointment because I had no money for hospital parking. the NHS van that the hospital told me I could use, that I waited half an hour for in the park and ride, refused to take me because I wasn't staff. He drove off in a very fancy but EMPTY van back to the hospital. I was too ill to walk from the parking so had to go home having missed a very important appointment.
What could be improved
FREE parking for ill people.
