Where i was eventually treated, was very clean, staff very polite. The problem that i have is that me & GP had to chase up for procedure, me & GP practise had to chase up for results & now having to chase up follow up with consultant, unable to get hold of secretary, line always engaged...... So referred in August 2014, procedure Feb 2015, results end of March 2015, had appointment for April had to cancel due to work commitments, told send letter for another appointment, nothing in May, chase up in June to be told nothing until end of July, Not good enough.....Nearly a year on.. Will never use Manor again.
