What could be improved

I was in A&E with a collapsed mitral valve. The doctor present did not listen to my heart or call a cardiologist. I was being allowed to die. I arranged for a private consultation and was rushed into hospital for an emergency operation the next day in London at my own expence.

Anything else?

There is a need for emergency care locally, but done properly. not like it was before the hospital was shut down. Watford is too far in many cases
