What could be improved
On my last visit to the Haematology Clinic I was not happy with the fact that the receptionist/clerk was having what was obviously a private telephone conversation whilst I was waiting to be booked in. She did not attempt to end the conversation - which appeared to be quite trivial - so that she could come to the counter and attend to me. I thought this very unprofessional.
