What I liked
I was in for day surgery..carpal tunnel decompression...the good humour and general ambience of ward and theatre....having music in the theatre was brilliant...all the staff were kind and helpful and informative... being able to laugh and talk with the surgical team whilst being operated on was such a positive experience!!
