We were there with my little boy and everyone was very nice - on the reception, the nurses. But the consultation itself, it was a nightmare. Probably the doctor is very good at what they are doing, they probably arevery professional but the big problem is, the consultant is very arrogant and not very helpful and doesn't wanna share any information with a probably overworried, silly mum with silly questions, the consultant just kept repeating the same things over and over again. Not telling us eg. what the risks are for the surgery my son needs, what's on the paper what I have to sign -it is like no time for it. I heard things from other mums what happened with their kids who had them so all these I wanted to be explained but not possible. The nurse had to read the doctor's note out for us - we couldn't read and had to sign after we signed it and the doctor wasn't around but that's not right and I am worried about my son's surgery how he gonna be treated after this and if he's gonna be looked after well and explained properly what to do after the surgery...
