About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Husband had 3rd ablation. Staff are professional., approachable, humane and very kind. Doctors explain everything thoroughly. Relatives are treated with respect and kindness. An unpleasant procedure undertaken for the 3rd time rendered tolerable by our trust in the team. We hope not to need your care again- but can only thank you for being a great team and looking after us both so well; we felt total safety in your hands.

It is great to hear that the staff looked after you so well, and that you felt you could trust them completely. The Trust strives provide compassionate and informative care at all times so it's lovely to know that this aim is being achieved. We hope your husband is recovering well and that you don't need to return any time soon.
