"Waiting Times To get out of Hopital"

Hi, Can not praise the staff at ( Goldhanger Ward ) in Broomfield Hospital Chelmsford, Essex. day or night, For their Dedication to getting people better, but people complain about getting into hospital, What about getting out, The Staff did their work so did the the Doctors to get you released as soon as possible, but when you keep a bed waiting to be released where is the problem? bad upper management not doing their job and working out how a patient holding up a bed waiting for medication so they can go home 3 hours 30 minutes holds up someone waiting to have that bed? there is no one else to blame the buck stop at them, get them sorted out and bed waiting will be a lot better, plus the ward staff can get on and do their great work getting people better.
